#1326: Paludis fails to handle profiles/package.*/ directories in repositories

 Paludis is unable to handle any package.*/ directory, which are supported
 by portage. This becomes a problem in layman repositories where this
 feature may be used.

 For example, in the '''kde''' repository, ''profiles/package.mask'' is
 actually a directory with several other files inside of it. Paludis
 expects this to be a file and fails with an error:

   * In program cave resolve -c world:
   * When adding targets from commandline:
   * When adding set target 'world':
   * When adding target 'kde-base/kalarm':
   * When finding slots for 'kde-base/kalarm':
   * When determining resolvents for 'kde-base/kalarm':
   * When finding best version of each package from packages matching kde-
 base/kalarm (ignoring additional requirements) with filter all matches
 filtered through supports action install filtered through not masked
 filtered through all matches:
   * When generating masks for ID 'kde-base/kalarm-4.14.5:4::kde':
   * When loading repository masks for 'kde':
   * When adding profile configuration file
   * In file '/var/db/paludis/repositories/kde/profiles/package.mask':
 Error reading file: 'Error reading from fd 3: Is a directory'
 (paludis::SafeIFStreamError) (paludis::ConfigFileError)
