Comment:

 I have unmerged paludis-0.28.0 and removed all libs in /usr/lib64 so I
 have emerged paludis-0.26.2 (with emerge).
 After that I have upgraded paludis to 0.28.0 version (with paludis) and
 ran reconcilio -p which gave :

 reconcilio -p

 Searching for broken packages...

 Broken packages:

 * sys-apps/paludis-0.28.0::installed
     /usr/lib64/libpaludispython.so.28.0.0 (requires
 libpaludisnoconfigenvironment.so.26)
     /usr/lib64/libpaludisruby.so.28.0.0 (requires
 libpaludisnoconfigenvironment.so.26)

 Building dependency list...

 These packages will be installed:

 * sys-apps/paludis [R 0.28.0] <target>
     Reasons: app-admin/python-updater-0.5:0::installed
     bash-completion -doc glsa inquisitio pink portage python qa ruby vim-
 syntax visibility zsh-completion

 After rebuilding paludis-0.28.0 and running one more time reconcilio -p :

 reconcilio -p

 Searching for broken packages...

 No broken packages found

 So I am unable to reproduce my problem and I remember I have had such a
 mystery about an other package (gnash) with a failure on compilation due
 to old libs remaining on my system.

 Sorry for the noise and thanks for all.
