[Exherbo-dev] Adding Emacs to the stages set

Exherbo assumes some kind of competence in its user base and now people are
trying to water it down with one's favorite $EDITOR bikeshedding. User is
expected to RTFM here by default.

Maybe it's best to stick to the way things are.
