So, I finally got around to testing this - Installed xorg-server 0.14.1,
and rebuilt xf86-input-wacom 0.19.0. It rebuilt with no errors, and my
tablet is working correctly in X.

So... what's the problem that you were seeing? I can't reproduce it
here.
