[Exherbo-dev] Remove sys-apps/module-init-tools from the system set

It makes sense to remove it from the system set. In fact,
module-init-tools itself is going the way of the dodo and kmod replaces it.

I'm going to push the patch for the removal from the system set
tomorrow, Sunday, unless someone complains here now.
