[Exherbo-dev] Exherbo Impressions ~ From Installation to Uptime

The website is pretty much a reviewed wiki already. It just happens to use
git format-patch as the way to submit to it, instead of a an inline textbox.
This raises the bar slightly, making people think through any contributions
thoroughly before submitting a patch.
