[Exherbo-dev] DEFAULT_SRC_CONFIGURE_* need to be arrays now

As of current Paludis master, the DEFAULT_SRC_CONFIGURE_* variables
all need to be arrays (well, you might get away without it if you only
have one element). The benefits of this are that
DEFAULT_SRC_CONFIGURE_PARAMS can contain elements with spaces, and
DEFAULT_SRC_CONFIGURE_OPTION_{WITHS,ENABLES} can use the two-argument
forms of option_with and option_enable, by using an array element with
space separating the two args.

I fixed all the packages in the One True Repository (except for the
ones that I broke), but you'll need to do all your dirty heathen
"supplemental" ones yourselves.

A similar change for the other DEFAULT_* variables may or may not
follow in future.
