[paludis-user] Paludis says "Eek!" and dies with an internal error

This is probably a bug. It means the resolver thinks it should be
installing xproto 7.0.23-r1 , but building a binary for 7.0.24.

If you're not building binaries, what does it choose, and what
explanation is given?
