[paludis-user] unpaxinate failes to extract environment on some pbins

Yeah, I've heard reports of that before. Unfortunately, I've never been
able to reproduce it...

Does it consistently happen every time for the same package?

Could you try the attached patch please and see if it makes the output
more useful?
