Because nothing in world rdepends on it? From what you've shown kaffeine isn't 
even installed.. Use `paludis --with-dependencies -up flac` for a recursive 
list of what requires flac. Use `adjutrix -r flac -D /var/db/pkg` for a 
non-recursive list.
